Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Flexible for iOS handles information. The app does not require account registration. App content and settings are stored locally, while the integrated services described below process device and usage information.

Information collected

Flexible collects device identifiers (Device ID). The identifiers available to the app and its SDKs depend on the operating system, SDK configuration and permissions. Device identifiers are not limited to information that you enter in the app.

Depending on the enabled SDK features and permissions, information sent to the providers below may also include app installations and launches, in-app events, app and operating-system versions, device characteristics, IP address and related network information. The exact events and optional fields depend on the integration.

AppsFlyer SDK

Flexible integrates AppsFlyer. Depending on the integration and permissions, AppsFlyer may receive device identifiers, installation and event information, and technical or network data to provide app measurement, attribution, analytics and fraud-prevention services. Facebook (Meta) SDK

Flexible integrates the Facebook (Meta) SDK. Depending on enabled features and permissions, Meta may receive device identifiers, device information and app events for app and advertising measurement and related advertising features. Tracking permission on iOS

On iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed and used only after you grant permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. You can review or change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Refusing ATT permission prevents use of IDFA; it does not mean that all other device identifiers or SDK processing are disabled.

Local storage and third-party processing

App content and settings may remain on your device for app functionality. Device identifiers and information handled by the integrated SDKs can be transmitted to AppsFlyer and Meta and processed outside your device. Local storage of app content does not mean that the app makes no network transmissions.

Retention and deletion

You can remove app-local data by deleting the app from your device.

Removing local data or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete information already transmitted to SDK providers. Retention and deletion of that information depend on the processing purposes, provider terms, configuration and applicable requirements. The provider policies above explain their privacy practices and available choices.

Changes

We may revise this Privacy Policy when app functionality or data practices change. The updated policy will appear at this address with a revised effective date.
